Al Udayn District (مديرية العُدين) is a district of the Ibb Governorate, Yemen. As of 2003, the district had a population of 143,578 inhabitants.

It is situated on the southern end of the Arabian Peninsula, and borders Arabia to the north and Oman to the northeast and shares maritime borders with Eritrea, Djibouti and Somalia.
